Jennifer Wheeler is an attorney with the firm’s E-Discovery practice.  Her practice focuses primarily on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of clients in matters of governmental investigations, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and mass tort litigation involving energy and pharmaceutical companies.

She graduated, with honor, from Jacksonville State University.  She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Georgia.  She is admitted to practice in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.  She is also a member of the Georgia State University College of Law Graduate Leadership Council and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation.

Managing and supervising a review of over 29,000 documents on behalf of a defense contractor in connection with a merger and subsequent shareholder derivative suit.   

Conducting a review of 8,000 potentially privileged documents on behalf of a Fortune 500 specialty retailer in connection with a False Claims Act Investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice concerning the importation of products into the United States from certain countries that are subject to Federal antidumping duties. 

Assisting in managing and supervising multiple document reviews on behalf of a leading public accounting firm in connection with various regulatory investigations and lawsuits involving a number of the accounting firm’s clients.  

Assisting in managing and supervising a review of over 800,000 documents in response to a government investigation relating to off-label advertising of a Fortune 500 healthcare company.  

Assisting in managing and supervising a review of 9,000 significant documents produced in response to a shareholder derivative suit on behalf of a large regional financial institution. 

Eviction Defense Project, Partner with Atlanta Legal Aid to represent low-income tenants facing eviction in the Fulton County Magistrate Court.

DeKalb County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Instructor - Taught volunteers through intensive training program to represent the interests of children in foster care.

Represented orphaned children in juvenile court deprivation proceedings in Fulton and Cobb Counties.
