Jennifer Guest is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Special Matters and Government Investigations practice group in New York, New York. She represents public companies, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, and individuals in securities enforcement and anti-corruption investigations before the SEC, DOJ, Congress, Treasury, and other regulatory authorities. Jennifer also conducts internal investigations on behalf of companies and routinely advises clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues. 

Jennifer focuses on civil and criminal enforcement work involving insider trading; securities offerings; anti-corruption; the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; fraud; export controls, and sanctions. Her practice also focuses on compliance program evaluation and counseling, including expertise in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and enhancement of compliance programs based on “lessons learned” through investigations and compliance monitoring.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jennifer was a law clerk for the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Before that, she worked as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in their New York office. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
