Jalise advises companies on all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and harassment, reasonable accommodation, investigations, terminations, wage and hour, WARN, paid and unpaid leave, and workplace safety. Jalise has experience litigating in state and federal courts, including class and collective actions.
Jalise clerked for the Honorable Ronald L. Ellis, U.S. Magistrate Judge, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jalise was a member of the 2021 Pathfinder class of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and and served as a 2014-2016 Equal Justice Works Fellow.
