Jack is an associate in King & Spalding's corporate practice in the London office. Jack has a range of experience advising on M&A and general corporate transactions for a variety of clients with a particular focus on private M&A transactions for private equity clients. Additionally, Jack advises private fund sponsors on structuring and ongoing operational matters. 

Prior to joining King & Spalding in 2024, Jack was an associate in the private equity team of Willkie Farr & Gallagher's London office where he advised on a wide range of private equity transactions.
