Ghadah Al Otaibi is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Riyadh office. Ghadah is a dual-qualified corporate lawyer (Saudi Arabia and California) with more than 7 years’ cross-border M&A, joint venture, and investment experience across Saudi Arabia, the U.S., and the UK. She has also handled full transaction cycles in various sectors including logistics, technology, consumer, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Ghadah combines Saudi regulatory insight with cross-border deal execution and bilingual drafting to advise executives on governance, risk, and contracts.
Ghadah has trained and practiced with leading international firms in Riyadh, London, and Los Angeles, managing full transaction cycles and coordinating multi-jurisdictional counsel on regulatory, antitrust, and foreign investment issues. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School, a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from Dar Al-Uloom University (J.D. Equivalent), and a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and Translation from King Saud University. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
