George is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. George's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.

Prior to law school George worked for a large consulting firm focusing on strategy and operations.
