Frank Cunningham is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation. 

Prior to beginning his legal career, Frank developed, and refined, his strategic communication skills as an advertising and marketing executive at BBDO and Deloitte Digital.  Frank graduated, in the top 5% of his class, from Howard University School of Law, where he was a Henry Ramsey Dean's Fellow, and graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
