Emma Baggett is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Funds practice group. Emma's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.

Emma graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2024. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2021.
