Caitlyn Ozier is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the FDA & Life Sciences Practice Group.  Ms. Ozier regularly counsels drug, medical device, and tobacco companies on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement issues.  Ms. Ozier has specific experience counseling life sciences companies on a broad range of state law issues, including state transparency and disclosure laws, as well as state drug price transparency laws.  She also provides counsel to the Ad Hoc State Law Compliance Group (a coalition of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturers) on a variety of laws and regulations, including the federal Physician Payment Sunshine provisions and state transparency laws. She also assists clients with a number of state and federal licensing matters, including on issues related to the federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act.

Ms. Ozier graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she received a Health Law Certificate.  While at Saint Louis University, Ms. Ozier served as an editor on the Public Law Review.  Ms. Ozier graduated with her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
