Andrea is an associate in the Atlanta office and a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investment Practice Group. Andrea's practice focuses on representing public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities and corporate governance matters.

Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with highest honors, in 2017. She received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 2020.
