Amanda is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, focusing on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. 

Amanda graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2022. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2019.
