Alan Noskow is a partner in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice and is resident in the firm's Washington, D.C., office.  Alan represents private equity funds, independent sponsors, family offices, institutional investors, hedge funds, and corporate clients (including fund portfolio companies) on transactional matters including M&A, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and other complex business transactions, both domestic and international.  Alan also has extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers in connection with distressed M&A and debt transactions.  Alan’s extensive experience crosses a variety of sectors, including energy, technology, retail, life sciences, real estate/REIT, financial services, telecommunications and defense.  

Alan's clients value his pragmatic approach to the various legal aspects of business transactions and his ability to help close deals efficiently. Many of his clients view him as a "trusted advisor" on both legal and business matters.
