Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an associate for its Private Funds group in New York. Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of experience in representing established and new fund sponsors in the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $260,000 to $310,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
