Healthcare Litigation Associate

Location: Los Angeles and New York
Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks litigation associates for its nationally recognized healthcare practice in Los Angeles and New York. Qualified candidates must be admitted to the local bar and will have 2+ years of litigation experience. Previous experience working in or for the healthcare industry is a plus, but prior healthcare experience is not necessary. Healthcare Litigation Staff Attorney

Location: Atlanta
Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified staff attorney with 4+ years of experience to support its healthcare litigation practice in the Atlanta office. Ideally, candidates will have a background in litigation and experience managing a complex docket as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with insurance payor matters and/or False Claims Act matters would be a significant plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines and client demands.
