The ideal candidate will have experience doing complex technology and intellectual property deals, including software licensing and cloud services agreements, content licensing deals, software, data and IP development agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, e-commerce agreements, data and AI/ML development agreements, and inbound and outbound business process outsourcing (BPO) agreements.  The candidate should also have experience conducting IP due diligence in M&A and other corporate and financial transactions. 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum two years of prior experience in the field at a law firm or in-house; strong academic credentials; excellent writing and organizational skills; the ability to multitask well; experience interfacing with clients and managing client relationships; and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices. While not required, a technical background such as a computer science degree or experience in technology business or consulting fields would be beneficial.
