Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience for its Environmental Health & Safety practice in one of the firm’s U.S. offices, including Atlanta or Washington, D.C. Qualified candidates should have experience with or interest in a broad range of environmental issues, including environmental enforcement and compliance matters, environmental litigation, and due diligence. Local bar admission is required, in addition to superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.

Healthcare
# of Positions: 1 | Years of Experience: 4+
Location: Washington D.C.
Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified staff attorney with 4+ years of experience to support its Medicare reimbursement appeals practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Ideally, candidates will have a background in litigation support and experience managing a complex docket as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with Medicare reimbursement appeals before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board would be a significant plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines.

Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an associate for its international trade practice in the Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience practicing at an elite level in international trade and compliance, with a particular emphasis on export controls and economic sanctions, and CFIUS foreign investment reviews. Experience in customs, international trade policy, and trade remedy litigation is a plus. Government experience will be viewed favorably, but is not required. Applicants should have excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.”
