Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of prior labor and employment law experience, at a firm or in-house; strong academic credentials, writing abilities, and attention to detail; the ability to work both independently and in a team environment; and bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the attorney’s primary office is located.  The position is off-partnership track and offers the flexibility to be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices.
