King & Spalding seeks a mid-level associate to join its Global Human Capital and Compliance practice to help some of the world’s best-known brands deal with their international employment and HR-compliance issues. Candidates should have experience covering a range of employment and labour matters, including advising multi-national employers on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions; counseling on all aspects of the employment relationship internationally, from pre-hire to post-termination; and devising and implementing multi-jurisdictional employment projects. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral presentation skills. Bar admission for listed jurisdiction is required. Financial Services and Middle Eastern experience welcome but not a prerequisite.
