Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a senior-level associate for its structured finance team. The preference is for the candidate to sit New York, but the team will also consider candidates for Dallas and Miami. Ideal candidates should have experience representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers in a variety of asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, but general capital markets, private credit and/or leveraged finance experience coupled with an interest in securitization also encouraged to apply. The high value and market leading practice focuses on Repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities. Location: New York

Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a mid-level associate and senior associate or counsel for its structured finance team in New York. Ideal candidates should have experience representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers in a variety of asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, but general capital markets and/or leveraged finance experience coupled with an interest in esoteric securitization also encouraged to apply. The practice focuses on matching business-focused structures with capital in connection with esoteric and first-of-their-kind transactions. Opportunities will include esoteric capital markets securitization (both capital markets issued and privately placed), with a particular focus on whole business, digital infrastructure and media royalty securitizations, and structured private credit facilities. Candidates should have superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience.
