Zaid Al-Farisi, Malek Al Rifai, Haifa Bahaian, Nabil Issa, Sayf Shuqair and James Stull and will be featured speakers at the Evolution of Private Credit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday 30 April 2025 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The panel discussions will focus on the rapidly growing private credit market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The first panel, moderated by James Stull, will cover the private credit fund regime in the Kingdom, including specific features of such funds, timing, process, costs and potential challenges.

The second panel, moderated by Mike Rainey, will focus on the deployment of capital by such funds, including typical terms of financing arrangements, mezzanine vs. senior financing arrangements and typical security packages aimed at maximizing such funds’ position as a secured creditor.
