Viva Dadwal to Speak on ArbTech Webinar About Space Technology Disputes

New York International Arbitration associate Viva Dadwal will speak on an ArbTech webinar titled “Beyond Territoriality: Resolving SpaceTech Disputes” on Feb. 24. Viva will speak with Gérardine Goh Escolar, Professor of International Space Law of the National University of Singapore, on the topic of space technology disputes. The panel will look at the differences and similarities between space-related disputes and space-technology disputes, as well as the broader implications of developments in these industries for the international arbitration community in particular.
