Viva Dadwal to Speak at American Society of International Law Annual Meeting

New York International Arbitration associate Viva Dadwal will speak at the American Society of International Law Annual Meeting on March 31. Viva will participate in a panel discussion on “Junk in International Law: Can We Avoid the Oceans’ Fate in Outer Space?”  The panel will examine the escalating problem of space debris and explore ways to mitigate space debris by comparing similar efforts directed at the protection of the oceans under the law of the sea.   Viva’s panelists are Ruth Pritchard-Kelly of OneWeb, Timothy Nelson of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Andres Villegas of Sygna Partner Paris.  More information can be found here.
