Tom Spulak to Speak at Florida State Guardianship Association

Washington, D.C., Government Matters partner Tom Spulak will be a featured speaker at the Florida State Guardianship Association (FSGA) Hybrid Colloquium in Tallahassee Florida on Feb. 15.
