Duley, a partner in the corporate practice at King & Spalding, yesterday was appointed to the board of directors of Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd., a fully integrated pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative animal health solutions. Duley will serve on the company’s audit, compensation and nominating committees.
Duley is resident in King & Spalding’s Silicon Valley office and anchors its technology transactions practice dedicated to the life sciences industry. He negotiates, drafts and manages intellectual property and commercial transactions, including collaboration agreements between biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, licensing agreements with commercial businesses and academic institutions, supply and manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements and asset purchases and sales involving drug products and manufacturing facilities. He is an adjunct professor at the University of California Hastings College of the Law. He was formerly Senior Corporate Counsel at PDL BioPharma, Inc. Duley received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Davis School of Law and M.Arch. and B.A. degrees from the University of California Los Angeles.
