The Committee for Fair Trade in Ammonium Sulfate Obtains Affirmative ITC Determination on Imports from China

King & Spalding successfully represented The Committee for Fair Trade in Ammonium Sulfate, which includes PCI Nitrogen, LLC and AdvanSix Inc., in a unanimous, affirmative determination in the first, five-year (“sunset”) review of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of ammonium sulfate from China. The determination concludes the review that the International Trade Commission (“ITC”) and the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce) initiated in January 2022.
