Russell Sacks to Speak at Practising Law Institute

New York Corporate, Finance and Investments partner Russell D. Sacks will speak at the Practising Law Institute on July 17 in New York. Russell will participate in a panel discussion on “Fundamentals of Broker-Dealer Regulation 2023.” The event discusses challenging and dynamic to the regulatory landscape, including enhanced standard of conduct rules applying to broker-dealer recommendations to retail clients, regulatory scrutiny of new types of brokerage trading platforms and ongoing exam and enforcement scrutiny.  More information can be found here.
