Russell Sacks, Emily Gordy, Steven Blau, Sean Kelly and Michael Regan to Speak at the E&Y’s Broker-Dealer Round Table

On September 10^th and 12^th, Russell Sacks (NY Corporate), Emily Gordy (WDC Special Matters), Steven Blau (NY Corporate), Sean Kelly (NY Corporate) and Michael Regan (NY Corporate) presented on key financial services regulatory trends to an industry-wide group at the 2025 Ernst & Young Broker-Dealer Round Table.  This semi-annual Round Table took place over two days: in person on September 10^th and online on September 12^th, and was attended by representatives of over 200 financial institutions.  King & Spalding team members were the featured speakers providing a legal and regulatory update on broker-dealer issues.
