Rob M. Keenan, Isabella Wood, Alana K. Broe to Speak at National Institute for Healthcare Leadership Managed Care Meeting

Atlanta Healthcare partner Rob M. Keenan, senior associate Isabella Wood, and associate Alana K. Broe will speak at the National Institute For Healthcare Leadership Managed Care Meeting on May 4 in Nashville, Tenn.  Their presentation topic is “A Legal Perspective” and will cover a range of managed care topics of current interest, including (i) contracting strategies to address payor attempts to make unilateral changes to the participation agreement (network carveouts, etc.); (ii) an update on key regulatory and litigation developments; (iii) a report on current provider approaches to payor disputes; and (iv) thoughts on possible future trends and regulatory developments.   More information about King & Spalding’s managed care practice can be found here.
