Atlanta Corporate, Finance and Investments partner Robert Benson will speak at the bETA (BIPOC Entrepreneurship through Acquisition) Legal Workshop on Oct. 23 at Atlanta Tech Village. Robert will provide an overview of key legal considerations for the business acquisition process, including the negotiation of letters of intent, due diligence and purchase agreements. bETA is an accelerator program sponsored by JP Morgan Chase & Co. in partnership with New Majority Capital Foundation that prepares underrepresented founders to acquire and run an existing business.
