Los Angeles Environmental, Health & Safety partner Peter Hsiao will speak at the American Law Institute (ALI) Advanced Environmental Litigation Course on June 8 and 9 in Washington, D.C. Peter will participate in a mock trial and panel discussion on judicial allocation of environmental response costs in a PFAS case.
