The discussion involved considering legal, tax, regulatory, Shari’ah and commercial issues in deploying GCC funds into Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit and VC in the U.S., the UK and Europe; recent developments from a legal and commercial perspective; and some practical takeaways. A series of high-profile regional banking clients were in attendance.
