National Law Journal Names Sally Yates a 2021 Crisis Leadership Trailblazer


ATLANTA, Sept. 9, 2021 — The National Law Journal has named King & Spalding partner Sally Yates to its 2021 Crisis Leadership Trailblazers list.

Yates, a former U.S. Deputy Attorney General, is a partner in the firm’s Special Matters & Government Investigations practice and leads its Crisis Practice, guiding leading corporations through high-profile, high-stakes crises involving intense congressional, regulatory and media scrutiny.

The NLJ’s Trailblazers list recognizes lawyers, chosen from hundreds of nominations, who “have shown a deep passion and perseverance in pursuit of their mission, having achieved remarkable successes along the way,” according to the publication.
