King & Spalding Ranks in Top 10 of U.S. Bankruptcy Law Firms for Third Quarter 2014

NEW YORK, October 22, 2014 — King & Spalding is one of the top 10 bankruptcy law firms in the United States, according to the results of third quarter 2014 league tables released today by The Deal. King & Spalding ranked seventh by volume, based on 46 active cases with asset values of $10 million or more, for a total of $914.2  billion in liabilities.  

Scott Davidson, a financial restructuring counsel in King & Spalding’s New York office, was ranked as the fourth most active bankruptcy lawyer, by volume, in the quarter. The Deal credited Davidson with seven active cases of $10 million or more, totaling $862.1 billion in liabilities.
