King & Spalding Advises on 940-Megawatt Power Plant in Ohio


HOUSTON, April 7, 2016 — King & Spalding advised Clean Energy Future-Lordstown, LLC, in the development of a contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of a greenfield, 940-megawatt, combined-cycle, natural gas-fired generation facility in The Village of Lordstown, Ohio. The value of the transaction, which was announced April 6, 2016, was not disclosed.
