King & Spalding Advises on 700-Megawatt Power Plant in Indiana


HOUSTON, Dec. 2, 2015 — King & Spalding advised St. Joseph Energy Center, LLC, in the development of a contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of a greenfield, 700-megawatt, combined-cycle, natural gas-fired generation facility in New Carlisle, Ind. The value of the transaction, which was announced Dec. 1, was not disclosed.

The King & Spalding team was led by Houston-based global transactions partner Scott A. Greer and associate Jonathan N. Katz.
