Richter stated, “I look forward to working with my fellow officers and board members as we lead this great organization in continuing to fulfill its mission in promoting and supporting the institution of the United States Attorney,” according to NAFUSA’s announcement.
Richter is a trial and investigations member in the Special Matters and Investigations Practice Group, and represents and defends companies, Board of Directors, Board committees, and individuals facing a variety of white-collar criminal and regulatory enforcement matters, parallel civil litigation, and internal corporate investigations.
