Paris International Arbitration partner James Castello will speak at the Croatian Arbitration Days on Dec. 7 and 8 in Zagreb, Croatia. The theme of this year’s conference is “Taking of Evidence,” and practitioners from ten European jurisdictions will consider the various issues addressed by the International Bar Association’s Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010). James will address the topic of “Admissibility and Assessment of Evidence” in international arbitration as part of the opening panel. This will be the 31st annual edition of this conference, which has become the year-end event for arbitration scholars and practitioners in southeastern Europe. More information can be found here.
