James Castello and Roberto Aguirre Luzi to Speak at ITA’s 35th Annual Arbitration Workshop

Paris International Arbitration partner James Castello and Houston International Arbitration partner Roberto Aguirre Luzi spoke at the 35^th annual Arbitration Workshop, organized by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration on June 14-16, 2023 in Austin, Texas.  The theme of this year’s Workshop was Remedies in International Arbitration, and James spoke on the panel addressing “The Full Scope of Arbitral Power to Award Relief” and Roberto spoke on the panel addressing “How the Arbitral Process Affects the Availability and Effectiveness of Monetary and Non-Monetary Relief.” The Workshop is ITA’s flagship event, drawing leading arbitration practitioners from around the world, and is held each year in Texas in the third week of June.  More information can be found at https://www.cailaw.org/Institute-for-Transnational-Arbitration/Events/2023/ita-workshop.html and a photo report can be found here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/itacail/posts/?feedView=all
