Hanna Azkiya to Speak at Event Co-Hosted by Justice Without Borders and Tan Kok Quan Partnership

Singapore International Arbitration associate Hanna Azkiya will speak at an event titled “Migrant Domestic Workers & Excessive Agency Fees: Cross-Border Perspectives From Singapore & Indonesia” on April 14.  The event is jointly hosted by Justice Without Borders and Tan Kok Quan Partnership. Hanna will discuss the relevant Indonesian laws and regulations applicable to migrant domestic workers, the topic of excessive agency fees, and discuss potential causes of action available to a migrant domestic worker who has been overcharged with agency fees.
