GIR Names King & Spalding to List of Top 30 Global Investigations Firms for Fifth Year

LONDON, Oct. 25, 2019 — For the fifth consecutive year, Global Investigations Review has named King & Spalding to its annual GIR 30, a list of the world’s top 30 firms for investigations matters. King & Spalding has earned this recognition every year the list has been compiled.

To determine a firm’s ranking in the GIR 30, Global Investigations Review considers “the greatest indicators of experience and trust in a firm, particularly the investigations work carried out by each firm over the past two years,” according to the publication.

King & Spalding’s Special Matters team exclusively focuses on white-collar criminal defense, civil and regulatory investigations, corporate internal investigations, and investigations before the U.S. Congress. The team includes more than 40 former federal prosecutors and other government enforcement officials, as well as lawyers who have devoted their careers to white-collar criminal defense in high-stakes matters with industry-wide impact.
