backForbes has named King & Spalding corporate partner Rahul Patel to its 2025 “Top M&A Lawyers” list. The inaugural list highlights the “best in the field” who “parlay years of industry expertise in deal structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, financing arrangements and activist takeover and defense—across all business sectors and all borders,” according to the publication.
Patel focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic corporate transactions. He is co-chair of the firm’s Global Private Equity/M&A practice. A significant portion of Patel’s corporate work focuses on cross-border transactions. He also represents leading companies and private equity funds.
