Frankfurt International Arbitration Associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be a featured speaker at a workshop on “Investment Protection and ADR” of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation e.V. (IRZ) and the German Bar Association (BRAK) on 9 and 10 July 2025 in Tunis, Tunisia. Rüdiger will give three presentations in French on “Arbitration in Germany”, “Sovereigns in Arbitration” and “Current Developments and Opportunities in Arbitration”. The IRZ was established at the initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ). It presently supports around 20 states in their legal and judicial reform projects.
