Frankfurt International Arbitration Associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be a featured speaker at FITA 2026 (Financing, Investment and Trade in Africa) on 29 April 2026 in Tunis, Tunisia. Rüdiger will speak about “Alternative Dispute Resolution as a Tool for Securing Investments” in French on a panel on investment law in Africa, organized by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation e.V. (IRZ). FITA is a major international conference on investment and trade financing in Africa, returning in 2026 for its 9th edition with more than 3,000 participants from 65 countries.
