Frankfurt International Arbitration associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will speak at the Tunisian Arbitration Workshop of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation e.V. (IRZ) and the Université Tunis El Manar on Feb. 24-25 in Tunis. Rüdiger will give three presentations in French on different aspects of arbitration in Germany, including “The Use of Information Technology and the Right to be Heard,” “State Actors in Arbitration Proceedings,” and “Void Arbitration Clauses.” Rüdiger will participate as the delegate of the German Bar Association (BRAK) and will discuss about the 2017 Tunisian Arbitration Code with Tunisian arbitration experts such as judges, professors and lawyers. The IRZ was established at the initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ). It presently supports around 20 states in their legal and judicial reform projects.
