backKing & Spalding is partnering up with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Intertrust and holding a knowledge briefing series on DIFC Special Purpose Companies (SPC). The briefing series will address the most frequently asked questions associated with SPCs, including the legal regime surrounding them, exempt activities, and examples of how they are being used in the region. It will also explain the role of the Corporate Service Provider in the incorporation and management of the SPC.
Dubai-based partners James Stull and Simon Rahimzada will be speaking at this event and explaining how the DIFC SPCs are being used in structured transactions. This briefing series will be held at the Conference Centre in Precinct Building 4, DIFC on the 24th of March from 9-11 am.
