Compliance Lessons Learned from Recent Corporate Integrity Agreement Developments

On Monday, October 27, 2014, we will be hosting an Atlanta-based Roundtable focused on trends and developments in recent Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs) between HHS-OIG and healthcare providers. In this Roundtable, a panel of King & Spalding lawyers will also discuss ways to use the provisions of CIAs to enhance and proactively focus provider compliance programs on areas of risk and interest by regulators.

We are also offering a Webinar option for the Roundtable.
