Atlanta Trial and Global Disputes senior associate Christopher Smith will co-chair a Young Lawyers Roundtable presented by the ICC Young Arbitration & ADR Forum, the IEL Young Energy Professionals, and Young ITA on Jan. 19. Chris will introduce the Roundtable, which will be comprised of a panel addressing the ethics of arbitrator conduct and challenges, followed by a panel and debate addressing the evolving doctrines of excuse in the face of global disruption.
