Chip Rosenberg, Vivasvat Dadwal, Carson Bennett to Speak at 73rd International Astronautical Congress

International Arbitration counsel Chip Rosenberg (Washington, D.C.), and associates Vivasvat Dadwal (New York) and Carson Bennett (Atlanta) will speak at the 73rd International Astronautical Congress in Paris on Sept. 1, 2022. They will present on an abstract they wrote. The abstract – entitled “International Investment Law as a Framework to Protect Private Actors in Outer Space” – was one of the few selected from more than 4,800 abstracts submitted for consideration. After presenting at the conference, their article will be published by the International Astronautical Federation.
