The list recognizes the “top 100 legal experts practicing in Singapore – including foreign legal consultants, advisers and counsel,” according to the publication.
Brereton, managing partner of the firm’s Singapore office, has been based in Asia for over 20 years and specializes in financing work, including acquisition finance, structured lending, fund financing, project finance and trade financing. He also has extensive experience of restructurings and workouts.
