backKing & Spalding advised 74Software in connection with the arrangement of a €410m senior facilities agreement by BNP Paribas, CIC Lyonnaise de Banque, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Lyonnais, HSBC Continental Europe, Société Générale, ING Bank N.V. French Branch and Citibank N.A. London Branch, with Crédit Lyonnais acting as facility agent, and including a syndicate of 8 financial institutions.
The transaction refinanced the Group’s existing bank indebtedness, comprising a €120 million revolving credit facility maturing in 2027, an €80 million Term Loan B maturing in 2027, and a €120 million amortizing Term Loan A maturing in 2029.
