PCAOB Sanctions Florida Public Accounting Firm for Failing to Comply with Prior PCAOB Order

On March 11, 2025, the PCAOB sanctioned Florida public accounting firm, Accell Audit & Compliance, P.A. (“Accell”), after the firm failed to comply with a September 24, 2024 Board order. Accell failed to pay the civil money penalty imposed upon it and failed to provide the required certification that it completed required remedial measures. The PCAOB sanctioned Accell by permanently revoking Accell’s registration.
