PCAOB Announces Agenda for Meeting of Its Investor Advisory Group

On September 19, 2025, the PCAOB announced the agenda for the meeting of its Investor Advisory Group (IAG). The meeting will take place in person at the PCAOB offices in Washington, D.C. on September 25, 2025, and may also be viewed via Webex. Topics for discussion include IAG presentations to the Board on private market valuations, internal controls of financial reporting, and decision-useful critical audit matters, and a Division of Registration and Inspections update on foreign inspections. The meeting is open to the public and a recording will be made available following the meeting.
