PCAOB Announces a Meeting of Its Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group

On April 30, 2026, the PCAOB announced that its Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group will hold a meeting on May 6, 2026. Topics of discussion at the meeting will include a standard-setting update, the PCAOB inspection report, and the PCAOB’s strategic priorities. A more detailed agenda will be posted on the event page prior to the meeting.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will take place in person at the National Association of Home Builders building in Washington, D.C. The public can also view the meeting via livestream, and a recording will be made available following the meeting.
