King & Spalding Launches Business & Human Rights Regulatory Tracker

Around the world, legislation is coming into force which requires companies to conduct human rights due diligence. The obligation transcends international borders and traditional notions of separate corporate personality, requiring businesses to identify and address human rights impacts in their supply chains and, in some case, operations and downstream value chains. King & Spalding launched its Business & Human Rights Regulatory Tracker to provide a high level overview of mandatory human rights due diligence currently in force or soon to be in force, and  to assist companies in ascertaining whether and how they might be affected.
