backOn December 19, 2023, the U.K. Financial Reporting Council announced that it closed its investigation into PwC UK’s audit work for collapsed real estate investment trust Intu Properties PLC. After a roughly year-long investigation into the audits of Intu Properties for the years ending December 2017 and December 2018, the FRC announced on Tuesday its finding that no individuals should “be liable for [an] enforcement action.”
