Eric R. Werner Named Regional Director of SEC Fort Worth Regional Office

On April 25, 2023, the SEC announced the appointment of Eric R. Werner as Regional Director of its Fort Worth Regional Office, effective immediately.  Mr. Werner will succeed David L. Peavler, who left the agency in December of last year.  Mr. Werner is currently the Acting Co-Regional Director and has served as the Associate Regional Director of Enforcement in the Fort Worth office since 2018.
